Starting Point

this is my first weight loss journal, slalu tengok blog weight loss org lain, teringin la nak buat plak. mana la tau bleh disiplin sket kan? hehe.. i will try to update my workout and foods i take everyday dalam this journal.

before this, i've tried to diet n workout, tapi semua tak menjadi, sebab tak disiplin. hopefully dengan adanya blog nie, lebey disiplin sket la.. huhu..

ok, today is a new start up for me. as for today, my weight is 61kg with 147cm. dah overweight ler. so now, my target is 46kg by september 2009. 4 months to go. dats mean i MUST loss at least 3.75kg per month. wish me luck!!!
