approx 3 liter
Workout
elliptical 5 mins (hahahaha lagi)
20x squat
5x burpees
malas nyer ari nih..
workout pun ala kadar jer... tak kluar peloh pun.. muahahaha
tadi merayau-rayau jengok blog org, terjumpa blog ni http://tbl-malaysia.blogspot.com/
so, aku just try hantar email dgn organizer..
hopefully masih bleh join lerr..
aku tak kisah sangat hadiah tu, just nak dapatkan motivation utk slim down.. hehe..
sebab kalau gain weight, kena denda wooo.. huhuhu..
harap2 takde la gain weight..
harus la aku makin disiplin workout and control portion kan..
